Volunteer

If you value the behind-the-scenes experience of a gathering,  and wish to actively participate in the shaping of We the Land!, we invite you to apply and join the team as a volunteer.  In exchange for this intentional dedication, volunteers receive complimentary admission to the whole gathering (Fri-Sun) along with meals. Volunteers will be assigned a 3-hour shift each day of the conference and are expected to show up on time and stay the duration of their shift. Your role as a volunteer holds significant importance, and we trust you to approach your responsibilities with intention and care.

Our volunteer team is officially full for this year, so we're no longer accepting new applications — but we're so grateful for your willingness to show up for this community. We hope to see you at the conference!
